As we expand our reach, we're looking for ambitious, high-energy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and in person.
• Connect with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in need of tax and accounting support.
• Qualify leads through strategic questioning and needs analysis.
• Generate and source some of your own leads through research, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for our Senior Advisors and Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hunter mentality—you thrive on hitting (and exceeding) your numbers.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and decision-makers.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services, tax, or accounting.
